So we are finally back to blogging. We have been a sickly crew around our house lately. Jeremy and I have been sick for over a week and Supermom threw her back out last Wednesday (9 days ago). We are all on the mend now and feeling much better. I'll try to catch you up on some of the happenings since the last blog. Obviously today it is snowing! At the top of the blog you can see Supermom and Jeremy enjoying his first snow! So what do you do with a baby who has had a cold on a day when it snows? Jeremy felt like playing some music so he played his piano a while.
He then decided that the piano wasn't loud enough and wanted to make more noise. So we rounded up some homemade drums (pots and a spoon), and he had a whale of a time. As you can see by the first picture, he was excited by the large spoon, but a little disappointed that it wasn't full of ice cream!

i'm so glad that you guys were not party poopers and didn't let jeremy enjoy his 1st snow...oh yeah it did snow last year...just a little bit when he was a little baby...he would have loved the snow if not already sick...glad everyone is back on the mend...look forward to seeing more exciting pictures soon...love always, aunt shell
So glad you guys got some snow! Maybe Jeremy will have lots of snow to play in soon! You see, it follows Jeremy's daddy wherever he goes, even to New Bern! His daddy has always loved the snow...from sleding, to throwing snowballs, to building snowmen! One year Doug, Chad, Amy, and Chuck built an igloo in our front yard! We would put a heater on the carport for them to warm up to, and they would sled for hours in the field. Mmmmm...that field is now the supercross track, that could be very unpredictable to sled on now!
Jeremy, we hope you and your cousins, Jordon, Hunter, and Carson get snowed in at our house, oh what fun we would have in the snow!!!!!!! Bring that big spoon, and we will make some snow cream, too!!!
