Slip and Slide!

So we busted out the Jr. Slip and Slide a few days ago.

I found it on clearance for under $4 last year.

Can I say, we got more than four bucks worth of enjoyment out of it in the first 4 minutes! Jeremy and Daniel thought it was the coolest thing ever.














The Jr. Slip and Slide is better than the regular because there is a blow up area at the front that the kids flop onto before hitting the plain old plastic on top of grass. It kind of cushions the blow. Thus, there is a 50 pound weight limit. All the neighborhood kids always want to play but we only let the 4 and under crowd join us.

There is also an elephant at the bottom that sprays water onto the entire slide. Daniel LOVED the elephant. The only problem was that Jeremy would slide down and run into Daniel at the bottom.


















Doug figured out a couple of new features on our camera (yes, we have had it over a year but we never read the manual). One is a 'sepia' feature that makes the pictures look kinda' old-timey. I bet my mom will like those pics. The next feature is a 'burst' feature that takes multiple images if you just hold down the shutter. It turned out pretty cool for the slip and slide.
