Cancelled our credit card today.
Why?
Well, Chase sent us a mailer that let us know if we got a Disney credit card (no annual fees), they would send us a $200 Disney card. We haven't used a credit card since Christmas. We just don't do that anymore.
So I cancelled our one credit card and called to apply for the Chase credit card. The guy on the phone said, "It usually takes approximately 2 weeks to process your application but it can take as much as 30 days." He put me on hold to send the application through. He was back on the phone in less than 10 seconds and said, "Congratulations! You have already been approved."
Thanks Dave. If you know Dave, you know the line, "Live like no one else so later you can live like no one else". The first 'live like no one else' means we have to be extra frugal now - but I have found one giant perk to living so frugally - we have a great credit score! Credit card companies will pay us money to get their card and *not* use it. How ridiculous! :)

Here we go off to Disney...We only have the Disney Credit Card also...We still have the bank one with like a $2 credit or so to mess up their books...guess what that means make me ill one time & i will not use it again...no annual fee on either credit card...love always, aunt shell
